This might have already been answered but what’s the transferring Process like. Do I have to go to store and ask that store manager or do I tell my store manager I want to transfer and tell them the stores I prefer.

The DMs have to be involved too if you're trying to transfer out of the district. Also keep in mind if you are on a final or have several corrective actions you probably won't be approved.

It’s better to talk to your manager first to see if they are willing to let you transfer at all. Then if you get a good response, you can talk to the manager at whichever location you want to transfer to and see if they are willing to accept you.
