my advice is to explain your issue to your manager and see what they say. they’ll appreciate your honesty and might be able to help you figure out transportation, and that way you won’t be missing out on hours.

If transportation is the issue and you truly cant find coverage i know a few SMs that would use the pcard to pay for your transportarion to the store and try to arrange a partner to drop you home (paid mileage of course)
I dont drive either and im originally from nyc so i felt this struggle in my soul lol
