i was doing dishes and someone put a knife in the sink (we try not to for this reason) and i got stabbed really hard on my hand and it really hurts :(

Kitchen rules, you should *never* submerge the knife in a sink full of water! It's an accident waiting to happen for the poor dishwasher.
Hopefully you filled out an incident report - if not, do it tomorrow ASAP. It's important that this is documented

i wondered about the report but no one seemed to worried about it when i said something, it’s just a small stab spot so i’m sure they don’t want it in the record which i’m fine with just annoyed because i never put knives in the water for that reason but whoever did that just didn’t care and it made me mad.

Paper cuts can get infected. Infection can lead to sepsis. Sepsis can lead to death. Now I'm not saying you're likely to die from this (lol) but I am saying Corporate Starbucks would rather this injury on the file even if nothing happens, than push it off and have it get infected. Plus, it would be in your best interest, too, because if it were to get infected, then you would be SOL in terms of workers compensation with no documentation to support that it was a workplace injury.

I’ve cut myself on the grounds drawer and the underside of a wire rack too. We work in a dangerous place. Knives are especially unsafe.

One time I was washing dishes and the glass part of a french press broke and left large shards of glass in the sanitizer underneath a bunch of other dishes. Of course I didn't see these and sliced my hand when I went to grab something out of the Sanitizer sink.
