It’s not really a call out if you found coverage on your own! All that matters is someone shows up, and if you were super sick you could call and not find coverage too

that is totally understandable! If someone gets upset about that, they are in the wrong. You also found coverage so its not like they will be short. Enjoy your rest even if its for a little bit and don’t worry about it.
