So a couple months ago my aunt passed away and I needed to take a few days off work, I got all my shifts covered and I let my manger know and another manger as well since I go to a different one on mondays. My manger sends me the message that was suppose to go to Liz (the other manger) and meant to tell her “this ends know I’ll talk to my dm next week”. And I was confused at first until I realized what was going on, therefore I called him out and called hr meanwhile I’m a fucking mess with me aunt passing and then dealing with him. And the fact when I come back he couldn’t even apologize for his inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. So I looked for a new job and put in my two weeks. Now I’m working at a company that has the BEST culture and are great with there employees as how Starbucks should be treating there’s. Funny as well so many old partners work here as well as my old dm! So thank you Howard for being the worst manger and thought you were slick and now I’m happy to be working where I’m at! Hopefully you guys don’t ever have to be his manger.
