(Big rant basically)
I started a little over a year ago, i loved the job at first, my first store was a high traffic store, i was situated next to highway I65, i loved my partners, tips were around $2+ and everything was good but i was tardy at times cause work was a 40minute drive away, so i transferred to a new store 20 minutes from my house (way closer, theres just stop lights everywhere) and since then everything gas gone bad, everyone in this shitty town seems to be an asshole to sbux workers. And my crew is not that great.

Now i dont even want this job, idc if im minutes late, the days are all the same and im always getting put on DTO DTR even though i am extremely good at bar, no cap when im at bar im sending drinks out and keeping times around 40, im so good at multitasking bars that i can use both machines at the same time but i always get put on bar cause for some reason SSV don’t put other SSV at DTO or DTR... i am one of the top 3 most precise cleaners in my store, i hit areas well and find mold in places no one bothers to check. I have amazing awareness of my surroundings, if i make a spill i clean it, if i open tea bags, i toss them, if my trash is full and theres no peak i change it out, if the DTO area has dust, window is dirty, metal plate outside is dirty, area is un-stocked i clean and stock it, i am quick clean precise and give good customer service

The customers can get so overwhelming, ordering frapuccinos at 5am wtf?? And when its snowing.. then the dumb tik tok drinks and that stupid “surprise me drink” turns out these assholes don’t even want to be surprised and ask to make them something else when they dont like their drinks, TRENTA STRAWBERRY ACAI no ice + 2 tall cups of ice ... im tired of it all.

Capitalist Corporation attitudes really do ruin it all they cant be happy with the steady stream of money they get.. they just have to squeeze every last dollar they can at the expense of the workers im so tired.. did you guys hear about the dudes that got fired over trying to unionize? If someone starts a union im sure to join even if i get fired. And on-top
of all this i am voting Bernie Sanders cause thats the only way i can bite back at these money hungry corporations.
