No, just a joke. It someone asks me to give them a “surprise drink” id give them something like a blonde flat white. Something simple that they my not order on their on but might really enjoy. Not as many people order blonde espresso, but I prefer it to regular espresso, the customer may have never thought to try it. They may really enjoy it! If someone asks you to decide their drink for them here’s a few questions to help you get them a drink they’ll enjoy:

1. Any allergies or dietary restrictions?

2. Hot or iced?

3. Caffeine or no caffeine?

4. What size?
