Of people ordering bags of coffee and merch at the drive thru
“What kinda cups y’all have?” Like !??? Just come in !!! It’s a DRIVE THRU not a Drive by and shop thru. How tf am I gonna know what kind of cup is pretty to you?????
Also tired of people who order sugars for their drink on the side at the window itself. Especially when it’s just 2 sweet n lows for an iced tea!!! Like that shit isn’t gonna fucking dissolve by just pouring it in and stirring it!!!

God the gift cards... were a new store and so for Christmas we ran out of Christmas themed cards pretty early. People would be so angry and STORM out when we told them these were all the cards we had. But the DRIVE THRu cards. People would order 5 $20 gift cards through drive thru without even getting a drink. People are so damn lazy

At Christmas I had a woman come through our drive and order a gift card. Okay, whatever. She gets to the window and asks me to run around inside the store and grab all of the gift card options so she can choose. And then she took forever to choose, at peak with the clock threatening me, and absolutely lost it when I explained to her, before she purchased anything, that we were out of sleeves.

At my old store we had a lady asking us to DESCRIBE. ALL. OUR. CUPS. Seasonal. I told her she had to come in, she was holding up our line and it would be better to see them. People are fucking dumb. She didn't want to get out of her car because it was snowing.

Lmao right? This lady was wild. Designs, colors, if they had leaves, if they were "Christmasy" enough. She was at our menu board for 5 minutes before I cut in on the headset like y'all gonna have to come in and see for yourself we have a lot.
