I mean if you guys all knew she put sriracha in the drink and none of you tried to stop her, you all deserve to be fired tbh. That shows there’s no responsibility or accountability. Sriracha is spicy and some people cannot handle it and have health issues that can be exacerbated by things like that. That customer was trusting all of you to make them something new and safe, not hurt them. So shame on all of you. That’s not Starbucks values at all.

You knowingly handed out the drink, that’s why you also got fired. I don’t see how this is hard for you to grasp. The manager should have been fired as well.
