I’d be ready to lock the doors and call my SM. My SM and ASM both day they’d never leave us alone, but there was one time where they had to shut the drive thru down temporarily because she was by herself. We’re the 3rd busiest in the district. My SM said you can disable the mobile orders but if you’re caught doing it for any reason besides like a power outage or robbery than you can be fired

There’s a mall store in my district, and my SM said she had to work there while training to be an SM (she has a college degree in project management so she was promoted from barista to SM) and she said she would advise anyone not to apply to a mall store. She ran the mall store for 3 weeks and said that it was non stop Frappuccinos and refreshers, often you’d work with only 2 people, it was too tight of a space and the big milk fridge and dish room was a 5 minute walk from the kiosk.
