So one one of the partners that i work with is kind of rude to some of the costumer say there going to call up corporate what happens if corporate hears about it does a store manager take that seriously It seems like one of the partners just does not care

I mean honestly it boils down to your SMs leadership style. I would always suggest customers call the specific store and speak with the store manager if there’s a legit constant issue with a partner. In my experience corporate gets complaints left and right and it rarely makes it down to the store level unless it’s a big deal. Call the store manager and it should be dealt with swiftly. Now if your manager doesn’t address the complaint that’s when I would take it to corporate and tell them you’ve complained multiple times and nothing has been addressed.

Seriously yes lol I’m the only supervisor that seems to hold people accountable so it’s an issue for me that she just doesn’t back me up

They should take it seriously, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t. We have a barista who is a four year partner who has serious attitude issues with customers and coworkers, plus is late everyday. Iv sent her home numerous times because of her attitude and has still not been written up. If anything you can always call partner resources/ contact DM to report the partner if it gets too bad.

That’s a problem with your store manager for sure. My old manager writes people up if they look at her funny. Lol we had quite a few partners let go.
