I have a shift at 7:45 tomorrow morning, and my store already closed. I currently have a 103 fever, but I don’t feel comfortable calling out because I know my coworker also called out. Should I just stick it and go in? I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to call out last minute.

A fever is a health hazard, my dude. Never go in if you're that sick.
Edit. I just realized I wasnt that helpful. When I was I the same situation a while back I literally set an alarm for 4:30 so i could call as soon as they opened.

It is against company policy for you to work with a fever. Also, it is very unhealthy. There are two routes you can go. The first is to call the store, and get tomorrows schedule, and the list of stores in your district, so you can contact partners in your store, and call other stores as well looking for a partner who's willing to work your shift. Route two, call out. It sucks, but there is no working around the fact that you have a fever that bad, and it would be worse for you to pass out during your shift, or not be able to work the next day. If you do simply call out without coverage, go to a minute clinic or your primary care doctor and get a note saying you were unable to work. It sucks to leave your fellow partners in a bind during peak, but even with two call outs, a floor is still functional by 6 to 615 with at least 3 partners. The day will be challenging, but if you have partners who care about you, they will understand.
I hope everything goes well, feel better! Drink lots of water, get some rest, and if you do decide to tough it out, get a medicine ball. Don't get the honey blend, get the packets. The honey and lemonade with give you a boost in vitamin C to help your immune system, and the tea will help with a soar throat and soar muscles.

Please don't go in. If you go in and possibly have a virus, you can infect so many people from coworkers to customers. I called out this week cause I had a low grade fever, but i felt off. The ASM gave me an attitude when i called in at 430 am. She said I had to find coverage which is a lie as it is her responsibility. I did contact a few partners the night before as a courtesy. I went to urgent care and boom I have the flu strain a. I work with a pregnant partner and a few people with young infants. Although it was an inconvenience to be a person short, they were ultimately happy I did not come in with the flu.

You have food exclusion symptoms. If you showed up to my store like that I would send you home before you could even clock in. And tell you to write sick time in the DRB.
Call the store as soon as you can, or call the SM or SSV who opens tomorrow.

Definitely call out as soon as possible. Also plz go see a doctor and get a note, one for yourself and one for your manager. As an employee your not required at all to present a doctors note but if for whatever reason your manager tries to use this against you (I’ve never had a problem with my manager doing this but have over heard and seen countless stories) you have documentation. Also if you can use your sick hours! Also make sure someone you trust sees you give the manager the note.
I’ve seen people pass out who have gone to work who aren’t feeling good and should have called out, take care of yourself because that’s #1 priority.

Wow I hope you are alright and did not go into work. You really should go see a doctor if your fever is still that high today, 104 is getting into unsafe territory.

I don’t know who it is. My fever just keeps rising though and I don’t think ill be able to stand for 6 hours tomorrow. It’s 104 and I can barely move.

If your temperature is 104, please go to the doctor as that is pretty high. If you can't, please have another adult stay with you to monitor your condition. Take of your self and I hope you feel better.

just call off as soon as you can in the morning, even set an alarm for open and go back to sleep as soon as you've called
