Okay, so it's a closing shift and we have 4 people closing. And theres a girl and her friend in lobby. They look like they're studying and they've been there for a few hours. And the girl has a open bag of hot cheetos.

And one of the partner says, "I need some of those hot cheetos right now"

And then we're all like, "go ask her offer her a free drink"

It took a bit of peer pressure but we got there.

So there she goes grande cold cup in hand to poor hot cheetos into.

It was painful to watch but, she goes up to the customers and is like, "Hey do you want to do a trade you can have a free drink for some chips"

And the customer was like, "yeah bet take the bag there isn't much left in there."

Mean while we're all laughing our asses off.

Customer connections I suppose.
