A bath with Epsom salts, or just soak your hands. Def take an anti-inflammatory pill.

oh, love. i get it. i get bad pains in certain places on my feet sometimes, even though pain in my feet isn’t common with the shoes i wear (i paid a bit for them and they’re serving me really well). my suggestion is to find something that you can roll on your hand — like a rolling pin, but for your palm. something you can place on the ground or table at home and roll your palms over to give them a good massage/stretch. i use a tennis ball under my feet when they start to feel crampy — i’m sure something smaller would work well for your hand. you can also press with the thumb from your other hand. vitamins and upping your water intake may help, too. ❤️

Oh i get that all the time in my left hand because I play the flute, work as a barista, and write extensively with my left hand. All I can suggest is maybe get a wrist brace for your days off and make sure to stretch and flex whenever you get a chance. Training used to suggest that baristas take time during peak to stretch, but idk if it does anymore
