hi so i rarely post but i feel so bad i need advice. im a pretty sickly person so with all the constant temperature changes this winter i’ve been feeling extremely ill really often. i feel so bad because i feel like i’m letting everyone down and i feel like they might not trust that i am sick. i had to call out again this morning and i froze up and almost cried because i felt so bad for being sick AGAIN. should i get a doctor’s note if i can and show it to my SM? i just don’t want the team to hate me or see me badly
