So i currently work at target and hate it. Starbucks will hire me in a heartbeat I’ve gotten offers multiple times with my extensive coffee background I just have questions
How do the tips work? Are they given out at the end of the shift or at paychecks?
I get paid 13 an hour and I am hesitant with the 5 dollar pay cut help please.

Screw target. What they want is to profit off Starbucks popularity, then not supply the extra labor when we do awesome and increase our business. I have been at Tarbucks a year and a half, and will have my last day Saturday. I took a 2.50 pay cut, but I also work 2 other jobs, so I jumped at the new offer. Peace out Target!
