Am I the only one whose heart sinks a little whenever a middle aged woman comes into the store? (self.starbucksbaristas)

it's just that I have come to expect most of them to be very rude to me and my partners. Some of them are very nice but usually they have an attitude and make very mean unnecessary comments. One regular who's like this is actually named Karen.

They have to take out their frustration about their awful kids and husband on someone...who better than a retail worker. Fucking animals.

We have a Kim who is absolutely nasty to some of our baristas, and an angel to others. Really a bummer to see her 😅
