How to get W2 as a former partner (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hello. I worked at Starbucks as a barista from November 2018 to August 2019, so I should have received a tax form from the company. My former manager thinks they didn't mail one because I accessed my 2018 W2 online, however I no longer have log in credentials, as my partner number isn't valid anymore. Does anyone know how I can get my W2, or who I should contact? Thanks!
