Gluten Free/Vegan/Keto options? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Being a person who eats everything, I'm legit so clueless whenever customers ask what we offer for those things.

I literally only know the marshmallow bars are gluten free cuz it says on the packaging =/

Anyone know what the options are for each one of those?

Vegan is sprouted grain bagel or oatmeal. That's all I know of... Maybe others will have more...

All the bagels are vegan but besides that. Unless a drink is made with alt milk or teas then you're stuck with water

The Justin’s peanut butter cups are vegan. So are the plain and sprouted grain bagels, as well as the oatmeal. Unfortunately that’s it. Canada is getting a vegetarian (note: NOT vegan as it’s been advertised) breakfast sandwich, but it’ll be able to be made vegan I believe just by removing the cheese and egg. I think the US is supposed to get it later this year.

I believe the strawberry overnight oats is vegan
