Just wondering if I'm horribly biased or if other people feel the same. Does anyone else internally question customers that order cappuccinos (especially with flavoring) if they're under the age of, say, 42? I personally love cappuccinos (mostly because I worked at an italian restaurant before starbs and my boss swore his were better than the ones we sell) but my store just doesn't really sell them often lol

i just can’t stand the ones who order a cappuccino and then have the AUDACITY to say it’s too dry. just order a latte if you’re gonna be a big ol baby

Someone mobile ordered one and came in to pick it up and it was deflated and she grabs my shifts attention and says there’s all this room in her cup. My wonderful shift with her wonderful patience proceeds to explain what a cappuccino is. This lady face falls. “Oh well... I’ve never ordered one before” yeah. We can tell ya Dumbass.

I tied explaining that before, only to be told "I know what a cappuccino is supposed to be and this clearly isn't that!"

Then ya clearly DONT know. People man. I just... I don’t understand sometimes.

I feel bad everytime someone does order one since with our old machines, unless you aerate it for longer than 10 seconds, it becomes a latte every time

Sorry folks, but the BUX doesn’t have us make a cappuccino like it’s meant to be. I spent time in Italy and drank them every morning. They were NEVER dry, very creamy microfoam. Typical size is a tall with two shots. They only drink espresso in the afternoon and evening
