I just got into trouble for doing that because I "go to the bathroom too much" and was told I need to poop on my break. Hella impossible to do that with ibs and against policy to tell me that. I'm just requesting accommodation lol

I did today because I was flat out told im lying about another disability because someone overheard me say something out of context and clearly told my manager, who isn't adult enough to ask for clarification.
Partner resources just said I can apply for accommodation so there's no issue. I'm this close to quitting tho as I have another job and kids and don't need anxiety about not shitting myself.

Don’t let them make your drink or food. Run to the bathroom. Hit your vape in the bathroom then scarf your food down :) in Canada they get fifteens
