No mobile orders thank god but we as well only get 2 baristas, sometimes 3 if we're lucky and its hell when someone has to go on lunch

If that’s the case then they shouldn’t be participating in happy hour. Corporate Starbucks without a drive thru still have 4-5 working during happy hour and my DT store has 6. How do you guys get all your prep done (whipped cream, backups, sweet cream, lemonade)

Target cannot properly support its bar like EVER. Been at Tarbucks 1.5 yrs, and I'm done with the BS. Like if you can't give the hours so we can at least run 5 barista play on a Saturday, then you have no business having a Starbucks. Yet they want to shove CC scores at us and wonder why we aren't better. MAYBE IF I WASN'T HAVING TO BAR 3 HRS STRAIGHT AND NEVER HAVE 15s, I WOULD GIVE A CRAP ABOUT HAVING CONVERSATIONS THAT EXTEND BEYOND "ENJOY YOUR DAY, THANKS FOR COMING"

I work both corporate and licenced locations and let me tell you... my corporate sbux, we get 3-4 people working happy hour, we've done it with 3. So Tarbucks was hellish but not impossible. We just have to prep everything before happy hour starts. Morning crew gets mostly everything ready by the time the closers come in

my location at least does and if you’re as lucky as I was yesterday with a callout, you may work happy hour all by yourself..
