Especially with drive thru people who get made when they find out it’s only with a Starbucks account. Or people who come to the store at all not knowing it’s a Starbucks account only thing

I had a customer today wanting to do bogo, I ring her up, she doesn’t have the app anymore, I save the order, read it back to her, she wanted to use her cup, I explained to her why we couldn’t, she finally comes back up to pay, asks the barista up front to rinse her cup out, I said we can’t right now like I explained earlier, I turn around to make a drink and she’s rinsing the cup! I told the customer we can’t for health reasons, then I make the nitros and she said oh I wanted one of them this way, I said no you asked for two black nitros, she was like no fix it and then put it in my personal cup!!! Come on woman.
