I went in once a week to ask if they were hiring got hired after three weeks in my experience but also once you interview: Smile be confident answers should always put the customer first and if they ask about what happens if there is trouble with a coworker the answer is get the store manager involved if you can not simply work things out between you guys

Dont do it!

Go in and talk to a manager! Also, when you apply online, select a ton of stores. Not just one in particular because the only store that will be able to see you for at least a good few weeks are the ones you select. Good luck!
