I have only ever worked two happy hours. My availability doesn't allow me to work past 3pm so I suppose I'm lucky. But I've been there and I sympathize.
Why the actual fuck does it need to be 5 hours? That, to me, is the unacceptable part. 3 hours. Just cut it down to three. The amount of things we run out of is NUTS. We have a pretty tiny DT store and I swear we run out of everything.

Am I the only partner who is never told when it’s happy hour? The SM or shifts never say when it is. I always find out through the damn sbux app!

Yeah that's always how I know. They never tell us. Wonder if it's so people won't call out.

Its in the weekly update found on the partner hub. In my district, our SMs are required by the DM to print and post it in the back every monday.
There’s also a section in the daily records book for partners to sign off every week after reading the weekly update, so I guess its expected by corporate for everyone to read it.
