Kiosk worker question! (self.starbucksbaristas)

My kiosk is in a popular grocery store. I had an employee (not a Starbucks worker) give me attitude because I was charging her $.30 for water. She said that because she bought something earlier in her shift, the water would be free. I’ve never heard that. Can anyone confirm or deny?

very untrue as i work in a grocery store kiosk as well, i find that the non starbucks employees try to get their way with the kiosk bc they work there

Ok so it’s not just us!!! All Starbucks is to them is coffee. They don’t see us as fellow employees at all. It’s truly unfortunate.

yeah I work in a similar situation and they don't see as employees at all, they feel more entitled just bc they're not "on the clock" or whatever
