So our food printer over heats from being placed near the ovens... then it won’t print anything.
Does anyone have a solution? We are going crazy at our store over this

We’ve literally had ours replaced a half dozen times. The only solution would be to put it away from the ovens but we have nowhere else to put ours that’s useful.

Yeah. Same.

We have the same issue. Store schematic puts printer beside the ovens fan.. we've gone threw 2 already.
All we did, all you can do really.. is just move it away from the oven a bit :/

Same thing happened at our store and they just had to replace it. If there's no way to insulate or move it then you're just going to have to deal. There's not as much heat on top of the oven as under it, so if possible put the labeler on top of the oven.

don’t put it near the ovens?

...Don't put the *food printer* near the ovens? Yeah okay.
Yellow_Chase [OP]1 points3y ago
Now that’s a thought... 🙄 yeah that would be ideal but we have no other place unfortunately.

Not a foot or two away? If it’s overheating because it’s too close to the oven and it’s only a foot or two away, it’s the printers problem and you’d probably need to order a new one.
