We NEED to call for some changes as partners cause this shit right here ridiculous. We don't have the coverage we need, they continually add more and more responsibility. Now we have to worry about viruses, rushes, shiiitt show schedules, crazy customers e.t.c it's not even our SMs anymore its the corporate level

Time to unionize

What I hate is seeing Tarbux employees making more than $5 more an hour than I do and other licensed union stores doing the same. I love my coworkers a bit much but I wanna go to one of those places because $9.75 an hour is not enough

I made $11.50 at my krobux, and we did maybe a third of the business a regular store did. Y’all deserve to get paid more for all y’all do.

My local Krobux is now starting at $13. I am wanting to apply so bad but I’ve job hopped so much because of my disability and my store respects my disability

Destroy their public image so they can't replace everyone in a week... Stay quiet about it but also convince at least 50% of the team to join... Get in talks with a Union (IWW) to let them know you're interested. They'll tell you how to move next.

There will be Union fees to join, then monthly dues which could be as cheap as like $10-$15 a month but maybe a little more depending.

There will be a list of demands and likely some form of strike/workflow halting... And even though it's illegal, all 50 states in the United States are at-will states, so you can be fired for it and the only way they can be punished is if you can actually prove for certain that you were fired for unionizing.
