Hey partner 249xxxx here and I recently got a job that pays 15 an hour. But I never see my manager because he doesn’t work weekends and I’ve only been scheduled for weekends. How should I go about putting in my two weeks?

Go in on your day off with a typed resignation letter stating when your last day will be. Just do it before the next schedule gets posted
