Guys I have already done my onboarding and I still haven’t started. What should I tell the manager. All the coworkers told me he’s pretty unorganized. Do you think it’s necessary to call the district manager. It’s already taken me so long to get hired and now I haven’t started...

Since schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance it's possible your training begins on the schedule 3 weeks out. But you should call the managers to find out what the plan is. No need to contact the district managers unless you can't get any info from the store managers.

Schedules are fine 3 weeks out. When I onboard people, they usually don’t start until

Took me over a month to get on the schedule. I interviewed in December and started feb 5. Manager wanted to wait until after the first of the year to begin hiring.
