Someone called our store asking to place a large order but they wanted us to wait until happy hour to make them so they could come in after two and get the discount... long story short at the start of our happy hour we got a large order of 26 drinks.... and it just went downhill from there.

Do y'all take orders over the phone?? I refuse and let them know we have our app available for that.

We have a regular group that comes in, barely speaks English and tries to order 15 complicated drinks (that are still always rung up wrong because when we repeat the order they never listen). Just this Thursday I saw my SM ring them up and I learned they're only supposed to get ONE bogo drink per account. World changing.
