When you're the person that always agrees to come in and help and the one time you need a shift covered because you're sick EVERYONE is silent. This shit haunts me. Need to start hand written contracts or something with partners. If I cover all of your 10 shifts you call out in a month you should be able to cover me one TIME LAUREN

THIS!! i have never said no to anyone and often pick up 3 shifts or more a week and i was sick real bad in january and no one would cover for me and no one helped me find coverage so i got someone from another store haha. i was pissed.
