Honestly I feel like saying this to people a lot, but usually when people have the “it’s taking too long” issue it’s because they don’t realize that their drink is already finished and they have somehow not heard the barista yelling out their name/drink

Seems as though he understands that if he doesn't make his own coffee, there will be some waiting involved, and he is willing to accept that
