we have a regular who orders a soy misto with light water and recently she changed her mind and she decides that she just wants NO water,,,
we’ve been tryna tell her that it’s just a latte at that point but she keeps wanting to order it her way lol

Oh interesting.... Didn't know that! Are you a partner outside the US? Cause we definitely don't have an Americano misto on our menu here, lol.
(And yeah, I feel you I got less than an hour of sleep and was 2 baristas down during peak before mid shift handed me his key and peaced out. So my brain is shot lol)

Americano Misto is not currently offered on Starbucks menu. At least, not in the US. Which means, the customer will need to specify the specific modifications/customizations. It should not be assumed that the barista will know this beverage.

We are a licensed store in a food store and have an employee order an americano, no water, steamed almond milk. She’s just cheap and trying to beat the system!!! Not one of our fav regulars
