I was solo dt-ing and this lady orders three very specific drinks and I was like cool, nothing possibly could go wrong!

She pulls up to the window and she offers her phone to pay and I hand her one of the firsts of her accidentally drinks made wrong, "did you put the cinnamon dolce sprinkles on the bottom? I WILL NOT drink it unless theyre on the top its too sweet for me otherwise!!!"
I apologize and say we'll remake it for her, no prob! She scoffs at me but its fine I keep my cool as it wont be too long to do again and tell my barista that she wants the sprinkles on top of the whip. Because of some miscommunication on my end the barista just put whip and more sprinkles on top and I wasnt paying attention so I handed it off to her again and the Karen yells at me her order. Again I apologize as sincerely as I possibly can muster up at this point as I still needed to take someone elses order I tried to keep my interaction with her short and polite.
Someone comes back from their break and the slides me, they hadnt been caught up yet on whatsl happened and tried to hand her one of the previously made wrong drinks and I couldnt stop the poor soul in time. :(
She yells at him and starts cursing. But its fine, the barista finishes her order and hands it off. But thats not the end.
Karen decides that they hadnt made ANY of drinks right for the third time even when the ssv helped to make sure it was right and she drives off in a fury of abusive language to all the staff only to come back for a refund. She of course said she wouldnt be coming back and the rest of us were so so so glad to hear that. :) btw at this point I just wanted my day to end as I had been scheduled to work 8 hours and was totally depleted of energy. Because of her we ened up being severely behind due to understaffing among other things. :,)
