Also as far was what cooperate does it varies. You have marketing, product sourcing, high level managing.. ect. A bachelors in business will give you the ground work to do pretty much anything there.

You’re going to want to go for a business degree. Bachelors is best. Most companies will only hire District Managers and higher that have at least 4 years in business. Best part is. Starbucks will pay for your school. But you’re also not obligated to stay with the company after finishing the degree. Assuming this is your first job since you’re in high school I highly recommend you take advantage of the free schooling and look around at other companies while you do. Not saying Starbucks is a bad place to work, but life is full of options and you should know all the ones available to you before you make a choice.
