does anyone know how to dilute kay-5 disinfectant/sanitizer? ours is irritating people's hands it's so strong. ):

you should have concentration testing strips that tell you if it needs more water to balance it

do you not have the testing strips?? it tests the concentration and you add water if it’s off

I think the colored strips in the back to the right of the sanitizers. It tells you the balance and from what I remember it’s like 200 that is the goal but I would double check. You have to match the color and since it’s too strong, dilute it little by little but make sure it lukewarm or cold because heat won’t let it read accurately
