Hi everyone I'm a fairly new green bean 285**** (I started in January) & I feel like I finally have a grasp on bar for the most part. I just have a few questions & I'm hoping ppl can help me out!!
So the new iced caramel cloud is just 2%, cloud powder, vanilla and then espresso shots on top right? And then with the hot drink we just steam the cloud powder in with the milk?
and COLD FOAM!! Many questions about cold foam.
So it's usually nonfat milk? And how do you make salted caramel or honey cold foam? And what is vanilla sweet cream CF???
Also are there any other drinks that aren't usual recipes that I should know??? Thank you!

cold foam - nonfat blended to setting 3 with 2 pumps vanilla
honey cold foam - nonfat blended to setting 3 with 2 pumps honey blend and 2 salt packets
vanilla sweet cream cold foam - vanilla sweet cream blended to setting 3
salted carmel - nonfat blended to setting 3 with 2 pumps toffee nut
honey cold foam - nonfat blended to setting 3 with 2 pumps honey blend and 2 salt packets
vanilla sweet cream cold foam - vanilla sweet cream blended to setting 3

Salted caramel? The salted caramel cold brew gets caramel syrup in cup and vsc blended with salt?

salted caramel is wrong, everything else is right. salted caramel is vsc with 2 salt, the caramel part is in the actual cold brew
