I offered to give her the hot water she was asking for in a paper cup to pour into her mug, and explained that it was because of the virus that Starbucks has a new policy in place. She was *not* having it. Demanded my name, threatened to report me to some agency or whatever.

"Ok. My name is Wontonbitch, and you're more than welcome to report me to whomever. I'm simply repeating our policy to you."

She was planning on coming back today to speak to our SM because she was also trying to return a mug with no receipt. 🙄 Good luck with that, lady.
