I work in Washington “the hub of Starbucks” and in January everyone got a $3 raise for doing nothing. I’m a Shift and I make $18.50. Yes WA has WAY high living expenses and I drive an hour to go 8 miles. But I was wondering if any other stores around the world got a raise other than Washington?

Our baristas get paid $14.50 and shifts get $18.50

I get $9.75 and everywhere else on my corridor pays at least $11. Indiana here

I’m originally from MI but I moved to Seattle and I Mi they payed me $12 and here it’s $18.50

I’m also in WA and not sure what you’re talking about to be honest. My store partners are only like 20 cents above minimum wage. Unless you’re talking specifically about Seattle/King County?
