Lol I work at a licensee store, I have definitely smacked a few hands, especially because I work in a hospital. Keep your grubby hands on your side of the counter please

Up until recently we kept straws and stoppers where customers could reach them, because we're just too busy during peak to try and hand them out with every drink. With recent events we've moved them, but we also have a giant plate of glass between us the customers so they literally can't reach, which means we don't have this problem.

I’m amazed at the number of people who do that like... who do you think this barrier is for??? People with shorter arms than yours??
