Starbucks policy is that they will find coverage for you if you’re sick.. so if you’re getting written up you gotta take that shit up the ladder don’t let it fuck you over

Our SM insists that it’s our responsibility to find coverage, and apparently plenty of employees have complained and tried, but she’s been there for a few years now. Probably doesn’t help that the turnover rate is pretty high, I’ve only been here for 2 months and I already want to quit lol. Also doesn’t help that we’re in a right to work state.
