honestly i feel their pain tho, like for people who don’t go to starbucks a lot, the menu boards don’t exactly help you order. like half-asleep or just anxious about ordering and i’d get a cloud bliss or “cold royale”, and regular-sized too 😅

9/10 people at my store who get these ask for a cloud bliss, I just ask “cocoa or caramel” at this point. Can’t blame the customers too much since drinks get ridiculous names like that anyways.

This is what happened with Blonde Almondmilk Honey Flat White too, they would just see "Almondmilk Honey Flat White" and repeat it to us and everyone kept asking if they wanted the Blonde one and they were just like "uhhHH...", when i saw the menu board title with the subheader "made with Starbucks Blonde espresso" I realized this was a huge waste of everyone's time, thanks corporate!

I had someone ask for a cloud bliss a few days ago and my brain buffered for a long ass time before it clicked. Our menu boards could def use some work.

during the xmas promotion, my store had a poster saying ‘warm up with our toasted marshmallow hot chocolate and brownie’ but the way WARM UP was spelt and laid out, made it seem like a offer. i had too many customers want to buy a ‘warm up’... sir that’s not an item on the menu.

To be fair, when I didn't go to Starbucks that often a few years ago, the menu was kind of confusing to me. Thinking back to that time, if I saw this menu board I, too would probably say it like this. Starbucks menus aren't exactly the easiest to understand. Usually I'll just look through the Starbucks app's menu while I'm waiting in line because it's categorized better there.

We do pour the shots on top, and there is a "mark" of Caramel and chocolate on it, so it is basically a macchiato (obvi not in "real" coffee terms)
