Starbucks mobile glitch or bug? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Ok when i load my starbucks app i reload my account for 12$. What it showed on my app is 15$ that has been reload. and then when i buy a 2 grande frappucino which cost 11$ it charged my card 14$ ok i am so confused??? like it overcharged my reload and payment which is the same price i think any thoughts lmao.
