Hey guys,

One of my coworkers created a petition to temporarily close all stores across the U.S. to protect its partners and customers. A lot of other companies and schools have closed in part to help limit the spread of the virus and we think it's only right that Starbucks follows along as well. Please help us all by signing and sharing the $1 Thanks so much!

Edit: We know that there are a lot of us depending on checks to pay bills, we too are among those. However, we also have little children in our families and one of her relatives is auto-immune. It's not because we don't want to go to work or that we don't want to be paid -- this petition was simply created because there are a lot of us worried about the health of our family and friends. Although most of us can fight off the virus and survive it, there is a huge chance that our parents or older relatives cannot.
