I’m not wrong. Literally yesterday was my two year anniversary. I also got asked to train with our being a certified which I did. Since I wasn’t certified I didn’t get any bonuses either. Don’t tell me I’m wrong. Trying to help you guys out.

What are the bonuses for
blondiebarista2 points3y ago
You should be clocked in or write it in the book
AishaTun1 points3y ago
And is it the hourly rate the same as you was to work regularly?
blondiebarista1 points3y ago
Yes it should be
BaristaBabeSC1 points3y ago
For the person that you trained that stayed. They have to be with the company for 60-90 days.

You only get a bonus if they are there for at least I think 60 days and you have to be a certified barista trainer

That's some bullshit.
Training is training. You still put in the work regardless whether they stay or not...
Thanks for the info. I was asked to be a trainer but if that's how the reimbursement works, not really worth it imo.

I think that's false? The 60-90 days thing is for referral bonuses, not training. You get your training bonus as soon as the partner completes their training. If they were to quit before they finish then yeah you don't get it.

Ahh ok cool. Thanks a lot!

Oh and by "get it when they're finished" I mean it'll be processed and up on your next check, but sometimes I've seen it take a bit to process and hit the next check instead. If that makes sense.
