This is more for any customers lingering here to understand as my fellow baristas get it. THE PROMO PICTURE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET MOBILE ORDERING!!! The drink is a foam based beverage, foam breaks down in literally 5minutes. Not only that we DO know how to make the drink correctly it sadly is just NOT as consistent as you'd expect. Regardless of what we try getting the foam to the same consistency every time is impossible, there are entirely to many factors. Although not my personal favorite to make like all its my job and i don't mind doing it but please stop berating your baristas about a "watery drink" that's already 30 minutes old by the time u got there
