Well, I understand that it threw you off, but interviewing and hiring in the first place with all the mass hysteria going on currently may have been stressful for them. They probably didn’t think about their wording, but yeah, it was unprofessional. Side note: I was also asked those same questions. Actually, I’ve been asked those questions at every job interview, ever. I wouldn’t worry too much about it, and hopefully, you get the job! :)

I don’t think it was you at all. Everyone’s pretty overwhelmed right now, probably neither of them had time to sit down and do an interview, but at least they didn’t send you away, got it done so you can proceed to the next step.

the actual starbucks interview process is really odd, so those questions aren’t too crazy. as for the “do you want to do it” part i’d guess the person who did interview was an assistant store manager and the manager was asking if they wanted to do the interview. granted the whole thing definitely could have gone better anyways.
