Good to know how little corporate cares about us. As baristas we will be on the front line of this thing but they do whatever they have to to keep the money flowing into their pockets😒😒 (i.redd.it)

It’s disgraceful

Agreed! My store particularly has been dead because everyone is staying home so it would be in their best interest to close rather than stay open. They’re probably losing more money than they’re gaining by staying open with no business🙄

I really don’t know what the best thing to do is besides be loud about it. Complain to your manager, talk to your coworkers, everyone raise hell about it. Upper management should understand that we aren’t happy about this

I am so happy to be leaving this corporate bullshit. its disgusting that they stay open and even worse that they try to present as a company that cares about their employees and the community when staying open is a detriment to both. i truly wish that everyone who is in the position to do so would call out during all of this so they’d be forced to listen.

But the corporate offices are closed. Yep. They closed the branch that doesn’t come in contact with people. Guess they’re more important than us huh

Okay good. Things have gotten far worse since then. Pennsylvania and Maryland have started transforming a few of their stores. Still waiting for changes in Louisiana though, where we have over 90 confirmed cases and 2 deaths.🤷‍♀️
