My stores has literally done nothing to change around COVID-19, have yours? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ve heard on the news Starbucks stores changing seating, going to drive through only or Mobil order only and at least taking away the condiment stand. Ours still stands there letting hundreds of people all touch the milk and sugar. Our seating hasn’t changed no chairs or tables were removed and everything basically is running like normal. The most I saw happen was someone took a sanitizer cloth and wiped down all the surfaces a little more then usual (big deal) Which has me freaked out a little cuz I hear about all these other stores taking precautions and I’m like well are we gonna follow up with this soon?? Have any of your stores converted to drive through only or mobile order only? Like what’s happening out there everyone

I live next to an outbreak and all they’ve done is made us put up the chairs so nobody sits. That’s it. And there’s people infected literally within walking distance

That’s insane. We’ve got entire malls shutting down and Starbucks can’t afford to lose out on some money. Customers still come in like normal cuz they think everything will be ok, so extremely arrogant. Stay safe and good luck!

My store has had significant decrease in business and nothing about closing or become drive thru only has been mentioned. But we still have to wipe very surface of the lobby and bathroom every 30 minutes, meanwhile people hacking up phlegm can come in or through the drive thru and order medicine balls. Also our customers become belligerent when we tell them they have to throw their own refill cups away lmao

Today my store on the east coast (nc) took away the condiment bar and the tables and chairs although the cafes still open and people can come in and order... That does that change any thing at all..

In CO all of your chairs and tables are gone I think condiment bar is still up. Listen. Washington is getting hit pretty bad I don’t think we will be able to make all the product like we have been. So just keep your ears open.
